A challenging childhood, a life saving career, a love for my family, a passion for adventure, and the undeniable truth that screams in my ear every day that tomorrow is promised to no one….these are the minerals that composed the soil from which I grew. I am a writer, registered labor and delivery nurse, mother and wife. I love party planning, decorating cakes, traveling-especially taking road trips and making photo books. I am told by others that I have a high energy level, a blunt personality and a kind heart. If I had all the money and resources in the world I would spend it rescuing humans and animals from abuse, throwing fantastic thematic parties and traveling the globe. When I die I hope that I’ve helped more than I’ve hurt, that I’ve taught others how to be kind and how to have fun and that my children become my legacy in making the world a more beautiful place.
